Using Tips

·         Add 20 ml (4 teaspoons) into the top.

·         Rinse mouth for 30 seconds

·         Do not swallow

·         Apply twice a day following brushing.

·         To achieve optimal results, nothing should be eaten or drunk within 30 minutes of use.
